Session 1: Immersive tech and the future of work: how will you tell your company’s story?

Session 1 Host: Linda Ricci

Immersive technology is going to play an increasingly critical role in the future of work. In this session we will discuss some “future of work” trends, and explore the impact immersive technology will have on your business. We’ll workshop what this means for your company’s story – and end with sharing the insights gleaned during the session. Come prepared to listen, think, and share.

Session 2: Managing the hiring process to win the battle for talent and fuel growth.

Session 2 Host: Martyn Makinson – FourPointZero

As the growth of the XR industry continues, the battle for talent is well and truly in full flow. We’ll talk about writing job descriptions, understanding the all important difference between a job description and job advertisement and how to use creative advertising to get the most impact.

Session 3: Growth for growth’s sake? What makes a start up?

Session 3 Host: Cortney Harding

Just because you can grow and scale doesn’t necessarily mean you should. In this session, we will discuss the pros and cons of raising venture capital and how to hire in a smart, strategic way that doesn’t eat your entire runway.

Session 4: Opportunities to scale outside of increasing headcount

Session 4 Host: Diana Laskaris

To successfully scale you must mature your business beyond headcount. Reliable systems, adaptable corporate culture, replicable processes, and other essential elements are key. Corporate social responsibility, public relations, marketing communications, and branding need to reflect not only who you are, but who you plan to become. This interactive session will provide you with the tools and help you develop the insights to level up your business beyond the bodies.
