VR Awards Opens 3rd Year of Nominations

Following a successful VR Awards 2018, today AIXR, the independent not-for-profit trade body for immersive industries, is proud to announce the official opening of 2019 nominations.

Last year saw many big names in attendance, including; Oculus, HTC, Bethesda, Framestore, Cloudhead Games, Beat Games, Magnopus, ILMxLAB, Flight School, Neurogaming Ltd, AiSolve, Ultrahaptics, CNN, Guardian Media Group, VISYON, NextVR, and many more.

450+ pre-registered interests have already been received, setting the stage for another incredible lineup of award worthy nominees complete with a 3 course dinner, live entertainment and VIP after party in the heart of London.

The VR Awards features 12 overarching categories, including:

The Nomination Process

Nominations are open between March 11th and May 7th 2019

Companies and individuals, big or small, can nominate by visiting https://vrawards.aixr.org/nominate/

Over 80 expert judges will deliberate over the shortlisted nominees in preparation for the red carpet, black tie awards show where over 300 delegates from the most influential backgrounds of VR will be in attendance.
