The XR Marketing Advisory Group brings together various experts working across the Marketing sector, from creating XR showrooms for the motor industry to showcasing luxury high-street fashion brands in VR, this group aims to identify the challenges that XR Marketing faces and address these problems with reports, best practises and guidelines.
The core remit of this group represents the changing landscape of Marketing through VR and AR. We will publicly distribute our reports and guidelines in order to provide insight into why immersive technology needs to be recognised as a revolutionary development within marketing. With these initiatives, the group will shine a light on this developing industry.

Rama brings strategic expertise across disciples ranging from Sales, Marketing, Brand Consulting, Strategic planning, Analytics, Creative, Media Planning, AI and Extended Reality.
Having worked in diversified industries, geographies and with large multicultural teams, he is currently addicted to Malaysia.
Curious to the core, he is an Engineer and an MBA, and he passionately believes that real magic happens at the intersection of art, logic, and data.
Currently, he is a Partner at Entropia; the consultancy meets agency. It is also driving the thrust into XR (Extended Reality) space with multiple products and campaigns using Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and various other immersive technologies. He is a member of the Enterprise XR Advisory group in the Academy of International Extended Reality
Olga Dogadkinda CEO, Emperia
Olga is the co-founder & CEO of Emperia, a London-based start up creating immersive experiences for businesses in art and fashion. Emperia uses VR, AR and web-360 technologies to boost sales and customer engagement in the creative industries. Olga’s background includes extensive experience in the luxury fashion industry, as well as working with the likes of Microsoft on fashion-related projects. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Enterprise Development.
Jordane Richter CMO, Light & Shadows
Jordane Richter is the Cheif Sales and Marketing Officer at Light & Shadows. Light & Shadows supplies Virtual and Augmented Reality solutions to major industrial accounts. CAD SOFTWARE / REAL TIME CONFIGURATORS / PHOTO-REALISTIC CONTENTS / VR PRODUCTS / VR CUSTOM SERVICES Identified as one of the main suppliers on the VR scene providing global solutions, Light & Shadows staff is essentially composed of engineers, Ph Doctors, marketing and business experts. Light & Shadows is in a high-growth state : its workforce has tripled over the last few years. Thanks to its expertise Light & Shadows is able to meet tomorrow’s industrial challenges issue and help build the industry of the future. 25% of the company turnover is reinvested into Research and Development so it can stay ahead in the leadingedge technology.
Alex Van Happen Head of Sales and Marketing, 4DR Studios
Alex is the Head of Sales and Marketing at 4DR Studios. An XR Media Production studio based in Eindhoven, bringing soul to digital through high-quality volumetric capturing productions. 4DR Studios creates high-quality 3D video productions. Videos that capture reality down to the smallest detail. Each unique movement is brought to life with this inventive filming technique from Volumetric Video Capture. They have worked with brands such as Philips and football club PSV Eindhoven.
Adrien Carta General Director, Kalank
Adrien Carta is the General Director of Kalank and long-time game developer. Starting as a full-stack webdeveloper, Adrien has moved to co-founding Stratos Game Company and held the role of CTO. From there, Adrien further explored the game development before co-founding the social VR development company Kalank.
Kalank is a VR development company aiming to create game experiences using 360° videos, funded in 2017 by two graduate students of Cnam-Enjmin school.
